How it works
Boardman is like the grown-up at the table who holds everyone's money so the game stays fair. Four steps. That's the whole thing.
1
LOCK
Both players put money in a safe box
You and your friend each put in the same amount of game money. A robot called Boardman locks it in a box before you start playing. Nobody can take it back now — not even Boardman. That way, nobody has to trust anybody.
2
PLAY
You play your game, for real
FIFA on the couch, a phone game, a chess board, anything. Boardman does not care what you play and never watches your game. He just holds the box and waits.

PROVE
Show a picture of the final score
When the game is done, take a photo of the last screen and send it to Boardman. A helper reads the picture and checks who won. If two people say different things, Boardman asks a person to look.
4
PAID
The winner gets the money — right away
The box opens, the winner takes everything, and Boardman keeps a small piece for holding it. On a real blockchain, so nobody can argue with the receipt. Usually it lands in less than a second.
